The team that evaluates your property is the same team that engineers, permits, builds, and reports it. Nothing is handed off to a broker, a third-party syndicator, or an outside contractor whose incentives don't match yours. One roof, one set of incentives, one party accountable from first review to final report. Work is led in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The developer is paid last — after you receive your capital back and your preferred-return floor — and personally guarantees the construction loan. If the project underperforms, the developer absorbs that before you do. Our interests and yours are pointed in the same direction by design, not by promise — a preferred-return floor is a priority of payment, not a guarantee of any result.
